I have gotten transformer oil at an industrial motor repair company here in
Omaha, I think it was $6.00 per gallon.

There is a liquid which is a oil base compound that we used to call
transformer
oil. We used to get the stuff from the local power company to fill our newly
built Heath CanTennas (dummy load). Does anyone else remember this stuff.
