[Towertalk] Cable Clamps and Phillystran

As I recall, about 9 years ago cable clamps were recommended for Phillystran
sizes under 6,700#.  I purchased the clamps, end cap and 6,700# Phylistran
from Texas Towers around that time.  I also purchased some 11,200#
Phillystran from the factory that year and they installed potted ends.  To
my knowledge the preform grips were not available then for this product.
