I do use these ICE coax grounding blocks. They're
machined to close tolerances and they supply ample goop
made of special particles for joining AL and Cu
materials. They're mounted across two of the tower legs
down at the base of the tower. Since they're connected
to the tower they therefore are also connected to the
tower ground system; I ran no other jumper from them to
the ground system. They seem to seal against moisture
ingress but I'm real anal and I sealed the edges with
coax seal also. I've had occasion to open one up after
six months of winter and weather and the shield looked
bright and shiny. Pretty easy to install; you need to
specify your tower type (they'll build custom made if
needed) and your coax type. Phil KB9CRY
