[Towertalk] TX-455 in south FL?

I'm hoping to buy a US Towers TX-455 for my home in south Florida.   I'd
like to hear from other south Florida hams who have installed one of these
crankup towers and if you encountered any building permit problems (and did
you actually get a permit?).   Also, what antenna(s) are you using on it?
