Sam, et. al:
When I put up a Rohn tower I put six inches or so of pea/river rock gravel in
the bottom of the hole and then pushed the base section in the gravel slightly
to allow for drainage. Sorry I'm not familiar with U.S. Tower's base, but
that's the way others told me to do with a Rohn base.
