Just the weight of the tipover must have been too much for the base. I try
to "hire the handicapped" whenever I can. In this case, I hired an
engineering challenged idiot that should never have attempted the
chore--that would be me... The hourly rate was much better than any other
bid.

The NW guy failed, which was the direction of the wind that blasted through
here. No base failure, it was a guy.
