Ahhh ...that brings back another memory ... one of those spiral aerials ...
the Gonset, I believe ... had dual mounting holes in the boom for the
elements, so you could configure it either as a twist or a standard yagi ...
with either vertical or horizontal elements.
Maybe I'll just build me one of those! Maybe in time for the VHF Party next
