[Towertalk] HF or 2 meters

I have a Cushcraft X-7 HF Beam (10,15 and 20 meters) and a tri- band (6 
meters ssb, 2 meters and 440) that is going on a 40 foot tower.
I am trying to determine which one should go on top and the proper spacing.
Any Advice would be very appreciated.
