[Towertalk] Four Square Array

I've been reading the W7EL articles in the ARRL handbook regarding =
subject antenna for 40m.  Has anyone actually built and used one of =
these?  EZNEC model looks impressive, but maybe the practical details of =
phasing the verticals is difficult?
