I posted the anecdote about my AL-1200 relay before reading Jose's
final message. From that and a few others, it appears the T/R relay is
a very weak link in Ameritron's amplifiers.
I know Tom W8JI has worked closely with Ameritron in the past. I
wonder if he might know how that relay was spec'ed or if there is any
history on it he could share with us.
