I used a black PVC Tee that slid over the boom.
Wound the balun on a length of PVC and used adapters to fit it to the center
of the TEE.
Instead of PVC cement I used self taping screws to make sure it didn't slide
out.
This allowed me to remove/change coax, balun without disassembling the
antenna.
