I just happened across my shipping slip from buying mine this summer. Got
these from "Western States Electric, Inc" in Portland, OR via UPS. They had
no problem doing "just 3 of them" for me - taped them side by side for UPS
without crating. Used their part number: J6526WCA - Screw Anchor 6" Helix 66"
long, paid $15.60 each + 14.08 UPS ground from OR to North ID. These puppies
were stout, shaft is 3/4" and the "screw" is 1/4" plate. The eye is designed
for 3 wireline lays and has massive metal. Galv coating was super grade -
even after beating on the eye with a sledge to get them started and around
roots there was still galv coating in place!
I have seen prices for smaller sizes of these much higher, like $45/ea! Shop
around at your electric "transmission" type supply houses. 73's, KD7DCR - Mel
