Just call MFJ / HyGain and ask. They should know.
After you replace them, TAPE them using Scotch 33
pulled tight enough to follow the contour, starting at
the narrow end and finishing with a lightly wrapped
turn, cut apart (not pulled) to prevent "flagging".
While you are at it, check all the trap cover screws
for tightness. If you are REALLY ambitious, check
the screws that hold the ends of the coils.
