I use a wrap of plastic garden fence. It comes about six feet tall and will
wrap snug around the base of the tower. I hold it in place with ty- wrap
cable ties, a very easy installation. The fence has very small holes and is
very difficult for a child to climb.
For regular trips up the tower I step over the fence using an 8 ft ladder.
