A year or so ago, I noticed that the MFJ line monitor I have was fluctuating and
abnormally high. (About 125 - 128 Volts). At about 9 PM I called Florida Power
and Light, and they sent a line truck out. Within 20 minutes of my call, a
truck was on scene, and the driver tightened the clamp in the neutral lead at
the weather head. Apparently it's not a mystery to FPL. They knew from my
description of the symptoms just what the trouble was, and fixed it.
