Years ago, I placed a full size 40M wire (and bamboo) dipole
on the boom of a 2L 10/15/20M Quad, right against the mast,
with the 40M dipole parallel to the Quad elements.  The only
difference I saw was a slight reduction in F/B on 15M in
before / after testing.  

If there is a difference in performance with your WARC dipole,
the alternative is to place the D3W parallel to the boom of your
Quad, with the ends sticking through the Quad loops.
