I notice two specific external differences -- the right-hand front panel
meter is labeled "Impedance" on the 259B and "Resistance" on the
Vectronics, and the 259B appears to have a separate ground terminal on the
top of the case (for open wire line?) that is missing from the Vectronics.
I wonder if the latter is just an MFJ 259 in drag?
I suspect there is no free lunch here -- that MFJ was stuck with a lot of
259s, and chose this way of clearancing them.
