Yep, I expect a CC 2L40 could be reconfigured to 30M.
You probably know that the DE of the 2L40 presents a
fairly good match on 17M. You could simply add a 17M
reflector on the boom and have a 2L17. Add a 12M reflector
and use a tuner or try to make a 12M open sleeve DE and
you have 2L on 40 / 17 / 12 on one coax.
