Hi Arliss,
If you can obtain a copy of the ARRL book, "Low Band DXing" by ON4UN,
you will find a detailed explaination of how to go about this, and the values
of components needed. Once you have found where the tower is resonant,
it is easy to calculate where to install the gamma arm and what size the
gamma capacitor needs to be.
