[TowerTalk] Problem with KT34XA found

I got a call from Bruce at KLM and he told me to look for a split cap.
There is one on the left side of the front driven element.  Lets water pour
in so SWR goes up and then quickly back down.

Still raining (and we need the rain in Atlanta) so must wait until it stops
so I can replace the split cap.
