[TowerTalk] Force 12 C3 mod for 10 meters

Yes they have a retrofit kit.  I have purchased 2 of them.  One is installed
on a C3 waiting to get sidemounted.  The kit required the drilling of holes
for the installation  of the boom-element bracket.

      Force 12 has come out with what they call the C-3-E which is the C-3 
plus a new element on 10M. Contact the factory for more info. I *think* that

it can be retro'ed on an existing C-3.
