It is two full-sized vertical dipoles that are bent around to reduce the
vertical size so I don't think it needs any loading. (The ZR-3 has 3 dipoles
giving 20-15&10M operation.)
Being full-sized dipoles, I imagine the efficiency is over 90% as opposed
to trapped 1/4 wave verticals that DO require loading AND radials.
