YO,
I put a full size 3 element DX Engineering 40M beam on a Yaesu
G-1000SDX. The beam will turn if the wind is less than 8 miles/hour.
Several oaths have been directed at this set-up during the heat of the
battle...but it still hasn't helped the functioning of this installation.
Go with the prop-pitch.
