I was asked to pull a message on this reflector that had to do with 160-10m
receiver preamps because it was not in line with what this reflector is
about.
When I see several messages like the one below, I need to ask what is this
reflector about? I do not see the technical merit of messages like the one
below. No, I am not a lawyer. It has nothing to do with that. If there is a
technical issue, such as the original subject on this tower issue, then by
all means we should get all the correct info and see what we can do to help
the situation. Whining, bloodletting and blasting others does not solve the
problem.

Simply because without these greedy bloodsuckers, none of these
stupid claims would get very far. As an attorney I know has
said, "it's 99% of lawyers that make the rest of us look bad."
The USA is the most lawsuit happy society in the world, and
a lot of these claims are so plain stupid that they shouldn't
see the light of day. Until some of these crazy lawyers (and judges)
are brought under control it will only get worse.
Remember that when you're sued over your tower.
