[TowerTalk] C3 - C4 Conversion at W9WI

Last weekend some of the TCG gang converted W9WI's C-3 antenna
to a C-4.  A short photo essay of the project can be found

There are a couple of good photos of the EF-140S linear-loaded
element in there, in case you've wondered what one looks like.
