I have noticed that the attenuation peak moves around several dB
in shorted stubs made from LMR400 when it's flexed. It must have
something to do with the aluminum shield moving. There was no
problem with open circuit stubs. This effect shouldn't be any
problem for normal transmission line use. As a matter of
interest, the attenuation was no better than RG-213.
