Aloha Sarah,
Never mind sending the drawing fax; not needed. It was
pretty obvious what to do when I had a look at the 40 meter
element and the two "extra" parts.
Took only a few minutes to drill out the three rivets at the
joint, install the inner double sleeve, and re-rivet; only
this time there are seven rivets instead of just three.
Glad I asked about the parts, and didn't just assume
they had gotten into the box by accident somehow!
