There is a product on the market called "STUFF", that displaces moisture in connectors, that we use in "F" style connectors when satellite systems are installed. It has minimized the connector problems that we USED TO have. Granted, I don't know how it work with high-power, but I'm going to give it a try. Costs about $4-6.
