Paul, there was, at the Stone Mtn hamfest a couple weeks back, a pile of
boxes pretty much like you describe. They were brand new surplus, and the
price was great.
The vendor, Bill Kennemer, might have some left - would sure be worth an
E to check. Bill also has a wealth of shrink tubing (surplus) at most
attractive prices. All TT bargain hunters might be happy they asked for
one of his fliers!
