[TowerTalk] Cushcraft A3S Insulator

Hi Towertalkers,
As this is my first submission to towertalk I hope that I am submitting
this ok. 
A friend of mine has a Cushcraft A3S and finds that the Insulator on the
driven element breaks when subjected to heavy wind gusts. We are now coming
into our stormy season here in Ireland and he needs some advice quickly.
Maybe this has been dealt with already on the reflector???
