Try any electrical supply house.
Try HOME DEPOT....
Both places have it. Do not forget the rubber gloves and coveralls,
can become quite a messy operation....
I prefer the 3M putty tape and scotch 33/88.
My joints stay dry without the ScotchKote.
If I had to seal up a electrical connection for use under water,
I would consider using the ScotchKote as a intermediate layer under tape.
