[TowerTalk] TH-3 traps

Hi All

Are all the traps the same on the TH-3.  Like all the 10 meter
traps, all the 15 meter traps, etc., on each element.  Does it
matter which trap goes on which element.  I have the dimensions
on how to set it, but no manual.  Thanks and back to the cleanup.
