I wanted to drop you a note to thank you for the nice things you had to say
about Bruce Kopitar and U S Tower on Tower Talk. Thank you very much for
the letter you posted. If there is ever questions, or problems you can
email us, call here, or fax and someone will get back to you right away.
Yes, you are correct we are sometimes overwhelmed with calls and orders,
just like in most businesses we have slow periods and very busy times so
staffing for the ups and downs is not an easy project. It may take is a
couple of days to respond to the non emergency questions but we will get
you an answer.
You are welcome to post this letter to tower talk as well.
