I don't have a scanner to transmit a drawing but it's pretty simple
to explain. Imagine a three element Yagi with one side of the driven
element sawed off about 3ft from the boom. The haul-up line attaches
to the sawed off end of the element. Putting tension on the line
prevents the boom from rolling and yawing. If the tiller is attached
a little below the plane of the elements, it will cause the boom to
rotate slightly back thereby causing the elemnts to come up at an angle
to clear guy wires. Pretty simple but effective.
