Hi Chad,
Please reread my statement. I said greater, not greatest.
I was just talking about what I found about tower deflection and guy
tension. At the
two wind attach angles mentioned, One goes up and the other goes down.
Higher (not
highest) guy tension goes with low tower deflection. Simply because the
guy can be
most effective by acting in line with the wind load.
