No, solid inner conductor will crack and break over time due to the
movement. It'll work for awhile and then trouble.
The recommended method is to use a jumper of stranded inner conductor
from the antenna to the tower.

Use the 9913-F as the jumper. Additional connector insertion loss is
insignificant. As long as everything is weatherproofed, it'll work reliably
