[TowerTalk] Pulleys for Hy-Gain Crank Up Tower

Hygain used pulleys with bronze bushings inside. Check with Grainger or
McMaster -Carr.
I don't know if the US Tower or the Tri-Ex ones will fit. Haven't had to
replace any in the Hygain towers.
