I would start with a detailed plot plan with all existing easements,
like the buried high pressure natural gas pipeline or the high pressure
gasoline pipeline. determine where the cardinal directions are.
Assess your interests, 160M, other HF bands, VHF UHF, Microwave or
LASER, VLF etc
Do you want to spend the rest of your life on the radio or will it be
about 5 hours a week ?
What is your budget??
This should at least get you started thinking about what direction to
take...
