The information you seek has been published by Dean Straw, N6BV,
in a book titled "All The Right Angles." Combined with this
book, the software "Yagi Terrain Analysis and Design" (YTAD)
available in the ARRL's latest "ARRL Antenna Book" will allow
you to do the calculations you desire fairly accurately.
Dean has done extensive statistical analysis of the prevailing
angles to various parts of the world from several points in the
US and elsewhere. When coupled with the terrain analysis, it
will give an accurate picture of how your antenna will perform
towards a given part of the world at virtually any height on
your tower.
Actually, I think you can get by with only the software. The
"angles" book makes for interesting reading related to stacking
antennas etc.
