Obviously, you have made up your mind. To bad, because you miss the point
altogether. By testing at a mile, the playing field is level, so when you
place the variables of propagation into the mix in a "real life" senario you
can then extrapolate from the base data. This is easy to understand. In
fact, if you go to Barnes and Noble you could find a book or two on the
scientific method.
Bad science is refusing to accept a new idea and to work prove it right or
wrong...to seek the truth....to understand the data first. Yes, that has
been done in the past, but the past is the past and we are all enriched by
the foibles of history.
Ignorance is OK (defined as "...just not knowing or not being educated") but
stupidity is not OK(define as "...knowing and understanding the facts, but
refusing to accept them and acting contrary to the facts). Look at the
facts before you throw out the information. Look at the data and draw your
own conclusions...but looke at the data!
