Pete, N4ZR mentioned a local feeding his dipole with a quarter wave of
70 ohm at 3650khz...I've been doing that too since the article by AI1W
(I think) in QST about 5 years ago. Works great. After the 70 ohm, I go
the rest of the way with 50 ohm coax. Cover 3500 to 3911 under 2:1, in
case for some unknown reason I ever want to go above 3900 it's under 2.3
