Also, I hit send too fast on the previous message.. Take the beverage box off
the line and just use a matching transformer and you will see increased s/n
ratio... I have found that preamplifiers seem to worsen s/n ratio more than
they raise the signal level... I do not use an amp, even on the bev in the
south field with a 2000 foot feedline....
