If you're reading this, be advised that you have some telephone problems as
of Monday morning 1030 MST, 2 February.
Called your toll free number (800 248 1985) and got the recorded message:
"The number you have called, area code 408 720 9073, has been changed to
800 248 1985" (!! That's the number I called!)
Called 408 720 9073, got the same message.
Called the fax number (408 720 9055), got the message it was disconnected. . .
Understand you are moving, but it isn't even possible to get through to
your recorded message as it was last Thursday, referring one to the
temporary fax number.
I know that you are a very busy guy, all the more so with your move. I also
understand that there are some people at least that you HAVE responded to
-- I see their testimonials on the Towertalk reflector. However, I am
finding your organization a MOST frustrating one to get a response from,
especially as a customer who has recently spent > $1K, has some questions,
and would (maybe) like to place an order.
