You might want to try what I am using as a cheap and easy alternative to
the C.A.T.S. connector:

At a flea market I picked up a couple of 4-terminal wiring connectors
designed to hook up trailer lights to a motor vehicle. I attached two
ends (a male and a female) to the screw terminal strip on the rotor and
soldered the remaining ends (also a male and a female) to the rotor
cable. (By using a male and a female connector on each end, you cannot
get the connectors reversed). This results in a 6-inch pigtail at the
bottom of the rotor. I covered the terminal strip with tape with coax
seal on top. (I have done this before and it worked great -- you can
just pull the tape and the coax seal comes right off).

I believe these wiring connectors are sold by Press -- The Wireman.

Jack W4JH
