[TowerTalk] Stacked Tribanders and Phasing Box

I want to stack a pair of tribanders and need to obtain something
like the "Phase Box" (50 ohms in; 50 ohms out-twice) that was once
sold by DX Engineering for approximately $100.  Does anyone know
if they are still in business?  Do they have a webpage?  Do they
have a phone?  Anyone know how I can get in touch with them?
