K1VR: Ask for the Zoning Ordinance. Then ask how many pages it is and
how much it costs. It should be 15-80 pages and cost $4-20. You do not
want to take legal advice from a person behind the counter, which
includes letting that person decide what to copy. You want the entire
booklet of the Zoning Ordinance.
