Hello to all of you.

Thanks for some reply to my problem (switchin from 110 to 220v)

Most thanks to SM4VMS and OK1RI those two had a right answer.

For those others the rotator has two windings one for 110 and one for 220v.
There are four taps 0,1,2,3   The 1-2 are connects togather those two 
windings.

While the 110v operation is required connect AC cables to 0-2
While the 220v operation is required connect AC cables to 0-3
