Steve - agrred a multiple section tilt up is easier to do but we were
putting up 55G! AT 100 lbs per section one at a time is quite enough to
handle!

"Another method is to pre-assemble 30' of tower on the ground, with the
first
set of guys attached, then somehow lift that 30' into place. There is any
number of methods for accomplishing that; if you can hang a pulley at 15'
off the ground on something solid (a couple more sections of tower loosely
guyed with rope?), you've got it made."
