Please Dont go by " wacking" the power poles. If it is a cracked
insulato it could bust.
Then you have another problem, 7,200 or 14,400 sitting on the pole. BAD
NEWS.
If you suspect the power poles PLEASE call the power company and they
will usually be responsive to your needs. Tell them you have bad TVI. and
usually they will send a qualified man/woman to "snif" the poles.
