I use a Black Diamond harness purchased at R.E.I. and I love it! The fact
that it is a seat harness is far more comfortable than any "Belt" I have
ever used before (relieves the stress on the legs during those long waits
on the tower). It is very light weight and does not get in the way during
climbing like a pole climber's belt does. I use one of the R.E.I. slings
and locking Carbiners for tying off to the tower. Also, I can clip to a
tower rung very quickly and easily with just one hand. For anyone who has
never used one before, they just don't know what they are missing. I will
never use a heavy, bulky, clumsy leather pole climber's belt again.
